Personal Data Protection Notice
This notice explains how the personal data you send us through the contact form is processed.
01Data controller
Infobox Bilişim Sistemleri Ltd. Şti. ("Infobox"), registered at Cevizli Mah. Ulubey Sok., Nursanlar Plaza Kat: 16 D: 1, 34865 Kartal / İstanbul, acts as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK).
02What we collect
Through the contact form on this site: your name, company, email address, telephone number, subject and the content of your message. Through ordinary server logs: IP address, browser and operating system information, and the time of your visit.
03Why we process it
To answer the enquiry you sent us, to prepare a quotation if you asked for one, to keep a record of our correspondence, and to keep the site secure and functioning.
04Legal basis
Processing rests on the legitimate interest of responding to an enquiry you initiated, and where a contract follows, on the necessity of processing for that contract, under articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.
05Who we share it with
Our hosting provider and our email provider, purely so that the message reaches us. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
06How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for the period required by the statute of limitations applicable to the resulting commercial relationship. Server logs are retained for the period required by law no. 5651.
07Your rights
Under article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, request correction or deletion, and object to results produced solely by automated analysis. Write to info@infobox.com.tr and we will respond within thirty days.
